Delaware State Fair

On Monday we went to the Delaware State Fair, it was great and really big...



This was Kate's favorite ride and went on it 2 times.


A big thank you to June for going on the rides with Kate, you rock June!




We went on the Ferris wheel. Kate could not see over anything...

As June is older she got to go on all the rides, one of them gave me bruises though...


There were animals which Kate loved and looked at them all wide eyed and made the animal noises that she had been learning...





Kate was more interested in the puddle at one point, but I know she had a really great time and enjoyed herself.

As you can see Anna is eating well and putting on the weight she needs too.



She is also starting to smile, and as you can see she is going to have the sweetest smile when she gets older.


Now that grandma and grandpa have moved close, we will see them more often and also be able to use the pool! hehe, one great thing about the pool is that it totally tires out Kate and is asleep before we even have walked back to the house.



Kate loves the swing at the park and that is basically all she wants to do.
But she also has the cutest little run that I just had to share.

We had some visitors - who had some fun playing in the pool.


Kate loves to dress up, put on our shoes and try any piece of clothing lying around - even if it is not hers, too cute.

All I can say about both the grandparents is that I am so proud of them, Grandma and Grandpa have moved close - a big step to take and I can't wait to hang out with them more often (and maybe use the pool ;) And also Opa and Oma taking the step to move back to NZ - wow. And who says your too old to try new things, are there horses I see in their future? I am so proud of you all - and mum I love the fact that you got on a horse, thats more then me!

We once again had some visitors for a few days.

Anna also had a check up at the doctor, it is all good news.
she now weighs 10.75 lbs (4.89 kilo) - so she put on 2 pounds and is now 21.5" (54.61 cm) so she also grew an inch. She went from being in the 70% to 90% for her weight - so she is not a small baby lets put it that way.
So she is doing great and here is a video of her nearly falling asleep after being feed and changed.
