Anna's tooth

 Anna lost her first tooth - very exciting, and we made sure that the tooth was safe for the tooth fairy - due to a series of events the tooth fairy did not make it the first night ;)

And crazy hair day at church needed to be remembered...

Opa, Oma and Groot Opa

 Groot Opa came again. We had a lot of fun, made a lot of puzzles, played a lot of games and ate a lot of food. A great combination for a fantastic week.

  

 They are watching Opa have fun on the lawn mower, we got to shuck pee's - talk about bringing back memories from the past! Also I went with dad to a paint party, not what we thought it would be so we kinda did our own thing,  in the end it was a lot of fun.

Beginning of summer

 June came for the summer again, always a great time for us when she comes, one of the hotter days we went to the Federalsburg splash pad... Jaylee is not always a big fan of the splashing water so she stayed dry.

VBS at Grandpa and Grandma's church was a lot of fun as always, the girls had a blast, June came to pick them up one evening and I got this great shot - you can really tell that June and Jaylee is family.

You right there Anna?

 The local public library had some summer programs, starting with a magic show, also the reptile guy came too, which ended up being really cool, from the giant tortoise to the lizards of all types, and the beauty at the end - the biggest snake you will ever see. They got to touch everything and even hold the snake. 

 Here I captured Herb in his cubby - first time ever that he went in there and so we were all excited - a moment later we saw that he peed in there - his desperate attempt to show us he was sick, well it worked. We are happy to still have him with us - we nearly lost him.

last day of school

Today was Kate and Anna's last day of school.

 The last long walk to the bus and waiting patiently...

Jaylee and I have been biking while they were at school all year, so this is our last bike ride together, here is a view of some of the streams we passed along the way. It was a lot of fun pulling her behind me - and a bigger workout!

Here they come home for the last time...

 Run run run! All done! Good job girls, I am so proud of how well you did all year  - they both excelled and were excellent students. I am excited to keep going strong with homeschooling next year! Jaylee is always really excited to see them come home, she runs to meet them with big hugs, she loves her sisters.

Anna's 6th birthday

 Anna had a small party at school. she had home made cupcakes and cookies for her class mates.

School activities

The girls had some fun activities at school. Kate and Anna were fantastic falcons, so they had some extra fun games. Which includes the water balloon toss,

The double sack cloth jump - which I have to add that both of my girls teams won ;)
