Moved

We have moved into our house!
very cool. its taking time as usual to get used to it, but I think the girls have adjusted well, even Kate and Anna going to bed at the same time in the same room went smoothly more quickly then I anticipated.
one great thing about this place is the view, and the amazing sunsets and sunrises... its hard to get it on camera but here are a few - though even these do not do it justice.

Pumpkin Picking

We went pumpkin picking again this year... It was a lot of fun
sorry the video is long but its all so cute that I could not leave any more out.

Nearly done....

The house is looking great, Its nearly finished, its now down to touch up work. Carpet is in, lights are in and working,
The first photo is the master bath.
As you can tell the girls love to go to the house. Still not sure if they realize we will be living there.















The Kitchen is pretty much finished, the last appliances need to be hooked up and thats it.
I can't wait to be in the big kitchen, I wont know what to do with all the counter space. :)




The wood seems to look lighter in the photo - it may be the flash of the camera, but the cabinets are nice and dark. with the rest black, I love the effect.

























We are now down to the inspections, we have had one hick up with the water - so that has already pushed the moving date back one week - Testing my patients ;) but it still has gone really quickly. So hopefully next weekend we will be in. Please pray that it all goes smoothly, I have already been able to move some things up stairs, at least that way I feel Im making a difference.

The weekend away

This last weekend we went to NY for a wedding, Caleb was asked to be the officiant, Kevin is a long time friend. Caleb did very well.
So while there we stayed with Kirsten, Jarrit and June. It was great catching up with everyone and go away for the weekend, I know the girls had lots of fun too.

Personality

Jaylee is growing up, She is forming her own personality, she loves to smile a lot, and has realized that she can get peoples attention by being cute - as you can see below.
(And in the photo you can tell that her hair is starting to grow - she will be blond like Kate.)

The house is going smoothly, outside is finished, now just the inside, they started painting this week all the doors and trim is in. the Well and septic will happen in the next week. They hope to be finished within the next 4 weeks - me too :)

Here you see them laying the electricity - we should have power from by tomorrow. Also the view from upstairs - the area that is mowed is our land.
