splish splash

Our local town now has a splash pad for the hot days, so we went for a visit. The girls loved it though Jaylee decided to keep her distance and not get too close. She is not as yet a big fan of the splashing.

 Going down the slide in wet cloths is always a hit.

Isla

Severin and Lisa had their second child - Isla.
Thankfully everything went well with both mother and child.
she is absolutely beautiful and last week we got to go up to NY to meet her...

 We all went to the play ground and had some fun. the girls were great hanging with Rowan and they all played really well together. Yay - go cousins!

Busy Busy

We have been pretty busy of late

With home school...

With co-op...

 we went on a field trip with co-op to the post office, the girls loved getting in the delivery truck!

watching Hudeni (our last surviving guinea foul) poop all over the deck kept us busy - well chasing him off anyway...

 I had a show in Hyattsville so really busy with carving as much as I could to get ready for the event - which it did go really well. Hopefully next week at the apple scrapple will go well too. Busy the next few weeks getting ready for that.

It's enough to tire out any cool princess!
